We thoroughly clean the home’s interior, then power wash the exterior, the driveways, walkways, patios, and decks. We also clean the windows!

Sometimes, a house needs a little more TLC to make it market-viable. We correct housing/inspection violations and make the repairs necessary for sale.

If the listing needs a fresh coat of paint inside or out, we’ll take care of that as well. We also handle the special touches such as replacing the mailbox and house numbers, updating the light fixtures, and upgrading tired flooring. We’ll even clean up the yard, pruning trees and bushes.
